The little-flying man came to the man named Teventei. Lotylko took off his wings. When he started to leave, there were no wings. Teventei hid them. Lotylko began to ask Teventei to give him his wings and sang to Teventei:
- Teventey, Teventey, tell me, where are my wings?
Teventei sings back to him:
- Lotylko, Lotylko, I won’t tell you where your wings are.
Teventei's wife came. Lotylko turns to her and sings a song:
-Tell me, where are my wings?
The woman didn’t want to say either, because she was afraid of Teventei. Lotylko sang in response:
- How can I tell you? I won't tell you. I’ll go to Chukhada to do shamanism, then I’ll find out and tell you. The woman left, leaving Lotylko alone. The crossbill came. Lotylko began to ask:

The Evenks came to Lotylko. Lotylko began to ask them:

Lotylko began asking for high boots from the Evenks. The Evenks, deceiving him, said that they did not have extra high boots. Lotylko began to ask them to inform his relatives about him. But the Evenks refused to fulfill his request. They were also afraid of Teventei.
Teventey came to Lotylko again and saw that Lotylko was making wings for himself. Teventei spoke:
- Why are you doing this? Lotylko said:
“I’m making wings to fly away.” Lotylko made wings for himself and flew away. When he had already flown, Teventei began to ask:
- Lotylko, Lotylko, make wings for me too! Lotylko replied:
- I won’t do it to you, you hid my wings. Teventei went for the hidden wings. He brought them, began to adjust them, but he couldn’t fly. His wife also tries to fly, but she can’t. Says to her husband:
“We’ll burn his wings on fire, since we can’t fly.” They burned those wings of Lotylko at the stake.
