The sage told him:
- Much more speculative. Of course, I myself don’t care much about how you make your request. It is only a coincidence that the rudeness of your treatment in order to obtain something more material would irritate anyone. But you might learn by examining your behavior, which should be neither rude nor ingratiating, that a mind like yours cannot work with such an exercise at the moment.
