A young man came to visit his grandfather for advice. Over a mug of aromatic tea after grandma’s treats, the grandson said to his grandfather:

- I would like to consult with you. One of my friends, a talented programmer, suggested opening a business related to the Internet industry. As you know, I am a good specialist and have been working for an IT company for a year now, receiving a fairly high salary. So I took out a car on credit. I know that, on the one hand, our business can turn out to be serious, but, on the other hand, we don’t want to lose a profitable location. You are an experienced entrepreneur. Maybe you can advise me what to do?

Grandfather paused for a moment and then said:

— It’s difficult for me to judge your business project, and I can’t give you clear advice on what to do. You must find the solution yourself. But let me tell you something about time... The ancient Greeks had two types of time: Chronos - time that flows endlessly, and Kairos time - an elusive moment of luck that always comes unexpectedly and is therefore very difficult to take advantage of. Kairos appears unexpectedly - here and there, but he is always among us. And he runs so fast that not everyone can not only grab his forelock, but even see him. And the Greeks said that in order to catch Kairos, you need to awaken two qualities in yourself - reason and intuition. Now, if you manage to awaken them, then you will be able to look into the future and predict the results of certain decisions you make.
