Then Pelish thought about how to make people multiply. He was looking for a way to increase their number. To do this, he prepared bait from pine decoction.
The Tiltyks sensed the smell of food and flocked in the way vultures flock. They came, they flocked.
And Pelish, who was preparing his pine decoction, tells them:
- Wait, brothers, now you will eat, I’m just preparing your food.
And he lifted the cauldron - and the cauldron was boiling - and threw it down the throats of the Tiltiks. So he “fed” them, each time burning them to death - five, six, ten animals.
They finally died. There is not a single tilt left. And people multiplied.
