The sun's son died, it grieved and cried. People came to it from all sides to console it, but it did not stop grieving and crying.
News of this also reached the frog.
“I’ll go to the sun too,” the frog decided, “and I’ll try to console it so that it will stop lamenting the death of its son.”
A frog appeared to the sun and started a conversation:
- Shame on you! - she said. “Has a misfortune like yours never happened to anyone?” My big-boned, bug-eyed boy died, and I endured this grief!
It was then that the sun smiled and said:
“Well, if the frog came to me as a comforter, then, indeed, it’s a shame for me to grieve inconsolably!”
And it stopped lamenting the death of its son.
