Once upon a time there lived a warrior. He was walking along the seashore one day when he suddenly saw seven boys standing in a circle, and in the middle was a large turtle. The boys want to catch it and cut it into seven pieces to divide among themselves.
They argue and make noise. The warrior took pity on the poor woman, bought it from the boys, and gave each one a yang.
And he released the turtle into the sea. The turtle says to the warrior:
- Thank you, kind man, you saved me. I am the Sea King Dragon.
I came out of the water to look at the world of people and directly fell into the hands of these evil, wicked boys. If trouble happens to you, come to the shore, to this very place, and call me. I will help as much as I can.
And then one fine day the warrior set off on his journey. I wandered up the mountain and lost my way. And it was late in the evening. He goes he doesn't know where. Suddenly he sees a house. The warrior knocked on the door and asked for a place to stay for the night. An old woman left the house. She let him in and began to fuss with dinner. The warrior asked her how to get out on the road, and the old woman said:
- Don't go through the mountains, soldier. There lives an evil witch at the top, a fox who is a thousand years old. I used to be the mistress of these mountains. Now the witch is in charge here. Don't go! Don't kill yourself!
The warrior was not a coward and answered:
- Should I, a soldier, be afraid of a fox?
As soon as it was dawn, the warrior got ready to set out on his journey. I had already reached the very top, when suddenly a beauty came out of nowhere. The dress she wears is on fire, but she doesn’t walk, she floats. She approached the warrior, smiled and said:
“I am the mistress of these mountains.” Would you like to come to my house and be my guest? It's not far here - just a stone's throw away.
The warrior agreed, went after the beauty, and he himself thought: is this the witch the old woman spoke about? The beauty brought the warrior to her house, fed him sweets, gave him wine to drink, and began to entice him.
“I live alone,” he says, “stay, we’ll live together.” - And she herself is so caressed and clingy. The warrior pushed her away and said:
“It’s not proper for a girl to attract guys.”
The beauty got angry and answered:
“Apparently, you didn’t like me.” But you will regret it. You can't escape my charts!
The sorceress said this, drew something on a piece of paper, and threw the piece of paper into the air. The sky darkened, fiery swords swirled above the warrior’s head, and at any moment they would strike him down. Then the warrior asked the sorceress to give him a week to think about it. The witch agreed.
The warrior rushed to the shore and began loudly calling for the turtle. Then a boy came out of the sea, greeted the warrior, cast a spell - the water parted.
The warrior follows the boy along the path, and they come to the kingdom of the Dragon, to the king himself. The warrior told the king what trouble had happened to him and asked for help. Then the king, without delay, ordered his three brothers to kill the sorceress.
The warrior grabbed the dragon's tails, the dragons flew without touching the ground, and instantly rushed the warrior into the mountains.
The dragons sent a storm, and what a storm! But at least the witch would care. And the house stands intact, and she herself is unharmed. She came out, laughed and said to the warrior:
– You went to King Dragon for help, so look!
She said this, threw a piece of paper into the air, and in the same instant the sky cast down three columns of flame, and all three dragons collapsed to the ground. Immediately the storm subsided and the sky brightened.
The sorceress took the warrior’s hand and said:
“Now you will do whatever I wish.” You stay here, we'll live together.
The warrior does not agree and asks for another month. The witch reluctantly agreed and said:
– If you decide to deceive me again, don’t expect mercy!
Again the warrior went to the sea king and told him what and how. The king became sad and said:
“I can’t defeat this witch.” You will have to bow down to the Heavenly King.
The Dragon King took the sea warriors and went to the Heavenly Kingdom.
He bowed to the Heavenly Lord and asked the evil witch to pacify. The lord of the sea king listened and sent three warriors to earth.
The warriors came to the mountain, sent a storm, and what a storm! The witch came out of the house and threw a piece of paper into the air. Before she had time to come to her senses, she was struck by lightning. The house collapsed, and in the place where the witch stood, a dead fox lay.
The warrior rejoiced and did not know how to thank the heavenly warriors. And the kind woman who sheltered him again became the mistress of the mountain.
