One day while hunting, a tiger was lucky enough to catch a fox, and he decided to feast on it.
- Oh, you insufferable fool! – the fox yelled at him. “It’s wrong for you to imagine that you can get rid of me so easily.” Yes, if you even dare to eat me, I will gut your insides so much that there will be no living space left of you! Well, did you get it?! Now dare to eat me!
The tiger was indeed both stupid and gullible. He was very frightened by Lisitsyn’s threats and asked:
– What is the secret of your power? I am strong and formidable, and you are insignificant and weak.
- Why am I going to tell you about this, run after me and you will see for yourself!
The cunning fox knew very well that the forest animals were not at all afraid of her. But when the deer, elk and wild boar saw the tiger next to her, they immediately scattered.
“Now you are convinced that I am not deceiving you,” the fox said proudly. “All the animals, as soon as they see me, lose their heads!”
“You’re right,” the stupid tiger answered her, “but I still don’t understand what your strength is.”
