One summer seals came to visit. They pulled the canoe ashore and went into the tundra to get the berries. They picked berries, returned, and the dog called them to the yaranga to drink tea.
The seals got hungry and willingly agreed, but among them there was an old maid, an evil, despicable one. She began to scold the dog and did not let her brother, the seal, in; The seals went home hungry.
We arrived home, the old maid complained that the seals wanted to drink tea from the dog.
“You shouldn’t have gone in vain,” said the brother, “I know the dog is good!”
In the evening, the old maid ordered that she be woken up when the women went to pick berries in the morning. The women got angry with her and did not wake her up; they left.
In the evening they returned, praising the dog for the treat.

The husband and wife arrived home, the husband went to the yaranga and sent his little sister to help the seal. The sister rushed to help the seal, and the seal grabbed her on the back with a stick. The wife came to the yaranga and shouted at her husband:

The dog's son became bored. He went to the tundra, to a dog camp, and saw a girl there. They called him into the canopy to eat meat, and he asked for bones. The girl brought him bones and meat on a wooden tray to the cold part of the yaranga. He began to gnaw the bones and chewed up the tray. The girl's relatives got angry and wanted to tell the groom about it, but the girl asked them not to say anything. I threw away the bones and the tray.
The groom went to the tundra to hunt wild deer. He brought a deer skin, tattered, but no meat at all. The relatives got angry again, and the girl asked:
— You found this skin in the tundra, right?
The guy liked the kind girl and he married her.
He brought his wife home and sent his sister to help. Then he asks:
- Why don't you hit my sister? - Because I'm a dog too.
The husband called all his relatives, they sat down to eat, the husband said:
- Eat everything like a seal.
