Rooster and hen

Rooster and hen
Enlight

One hen lived happily with her rooster husband. They had many children. And everything was fine until the rooster started going to the market every day, although he had nothing to buy there.

Since the rooster’s trips to the market became more frequent, the hen, like any wife, became worried and decided to spy on what her husband was doing there.

The next morning the rooster jumped up at the crack of dawn and hurried to the market. Imagine the hen’s amazement when she saw that the rooster had come to where they were selling chickens.

She hid, and soon heard the rooster lovingly saying:

- This one is very beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Surprised by such speeches, the hen stuck her head out to see what the rooster was doing. And, oh horror! - I discovered that these words were addressed to naked chickens, completely without feathers. Deciding to see everything to the end, she settled down between the chickens he was examining.

- Ugh, this one is not beautiful, this one is too ugly.

- Damn brat! - the chicken screamed angrily. “How dare you say that I’m ugly?” What were you watching when we got married? You have no brains if, living with me, you go look at these naked chickens every day!

And she drove the poor rooster, throwing stones at him, home...

...It often happens that a hen-wife chases her husband-rooster around the yard, who has been on a spree on the side.
