Once Mulla Nasreddin had a quarrel with one person, and he was brought to the ruler. It turned out that a few days ago Mulla had already been brought to him on some other matter.
The ruler, seeing Nasreddin, said:
- Shame on you, Mulla! This is your second time coming here.
- What's wrong with that? - Mulla asked.
- Like what? Don't you know that an honest man doesn't come here?
“Listen,” Nasreddin objected, “this is only the second time I’ve come here, and you disappear here every day.”
