Someone had a plot of land covered with heaps of garbage and decided to sell it. The one who bought this land cleared it of debris and found a spring of excellent water in that place. He planted grapes and pomegranate trees, and in the remaining space he laid out beds for aromatic plants. He tied up his plantings on stakes, built a tower right there and assigned a reliable watchman to the place.
Passers-by couldn't stop looking at it. The previous owner happened to visit there. Seeing what the former wasteland had become, he exclaimed:
