17) Incline your ear and listen to the words of the wise, and turn your heart to my knowledge;
18) because it will be comforting if you keep them in your heart, and they will also be in your mouth.
19) So that your trust may be in the Lord, I teach you today, and you remember.
20) Did I not write to you three times in advice and instruction,
21) To teach you the exact words of the truth, so that you can convey the words of truth to those who send you?
22) Do not rob the poor because he is poor, and do not oppress the poor at the gate,
23) because the Lord will intervene in their cause and snatch away the soul from their robbers.
24) Do not make friends with an angry person and do not associate with a hot-tempered person,

26) Do not be one of those who lend their hands and guarantee for debts:
27) if you have nothing to pay, then why bother yourself so that they take your bed from under you?
