Once upon a time there lived a snail under a raspberry bush. She lived quietly. Didn't touch anyone. She had everything planned out for many years in advance and she did everything very correctly. Sometimes a magpie would come to visit her. She told me the news and gave smart advice about who to be friends with and who to stay away from. It will crackle, crackle, and fly on to help everyone with smart advice. Life flowed quietly and unburdensomely.
But one summer a sparrow settled on a raspberry bush - he saw a snail and galloped up to get acquainted.
The snail hid in the house just in case, but a curious sparrow looked into the shell and chirped:
- Wow! What a cool neighbor I have! All mother-of-pearl, soft, just darling! Let's be friends!
The snail really liked the sparrow. He has flown everywhere, seen everything, talks interestingly and is generally very charming! It's interesting to be with him. Because she lived for three hundred years, and was nowhere further than her bush. She didn’t even notice how she got used to her neighbor and began to miss him.
-Where are you all flying off to? Stay with me!
- No! You're better off with me! We'll have a great time! I promise you!!! You are so nice and wonderful! A hundred times better than stupid one-day butterflies!
- I can't! With my house you can’t run away, but without it they can step on me, crows will peck me, and the cold rain will soak me. He is my only protection in this world!
- Nonsense! Trust me! Life is beautiful and amazing! The world is full of miracles!
The snail thought. Life passed, and I still didn’t really live, I didn’t see anything. There is no joy in my life! Let him teach me to be happy! I got daydreaming and... threw down the house!
It has become so easy! She flew out from under the bush as if on wings.
Where is the sun? Where is the holiday? Only cold rain and crows! She rushed back to the house, but he was gone! The snail cried:
-Where are you, sparrow? I feel so bad. The world is terrible and cruel! I really need your help!
Finally the sparrow returned, but he did not have time to console and wipe his noses.
- Sorry! I'll be just a minute! This opportunity has arrived! A familiar swallow invited me to come to hot countries for the winter! Don’t be sad, I’ll be back in the spring, but in the meantime, look after my nest, you’ll have to sit under a bush anyway...
And flew away!!!
And then the magpie “accidentally” found out about the snail’s misfortune and began to lament:
- Oh, poor, unfortunate thing! I feel so sorry for you! Hey crow! Why did you caw? Better sympathize with the snail's grief! Hey, mushroom picker! Why are you wandering around! Better go and see what a disaster!
- What are you doing? - the snail screamed. - You will destroy me! Your help will only make things worse!
- Ungrateful! I can’t sleep at night, I’ve put the whole forest on alert, and you don’t appreciate my care!
And she flew off to notify the forest about the ingratitude of snails who do not listen to good advice! And in general they make friends with dubious sparrows.
That's the whole parable!
We can assume that there is a happy ending, all the characters are positive and everyone is alive!
And the snail?
Don't worry about her! Right now she is growing a new house with poisonous thorns so that her friends can love her from a distance!
