One fakir lived in a remote village. Many people came to him with questions. One day a man came to him and asked him to teach him about life and death.
Fakir said:
- I invite you to learn about life; my doors are open. But if you want to know about death, go somewhere else, because I have never died and I will never die. I have no experience of death. If you want to know about death, ask those who have died, ask those who are already dead.
And then he laughed himself and continued:
“But how can you ask those who are already dead?” If you want to ask me for the address of a dead person, I won’t be able to give it to you. Because since I realized that I cannot die, I also realized that no one can die, that no one has ever died.
