Once upon a time there lived a wise man to whom people came for advice. He listened to them and then told them stories. Insight descended on the people, and they left the sage with gratitude. And most importantly, they successfully solved the problems about which they contacted us. His fame spread throughout the area, and many students sought to comprehend his skill. But to no avail.
One of them once again asked him:
— Honored master, tell us how you find exactly the right story for everyone who turns to you?
“Okay,” answered the master. - I'll tell you a story.
In not so long ago, a large and strong state was ruled by a young and brave ruler, Harun Al Rashid. More than anything else, he loved archery and since childhood he spent a lot of time practicing - shooting at targets. There was no more accurate shooter in the entire kingdom. This king also loved to travel, dressed in simple clothes, so as not to be recognized.
And then one night, having lost his way, he came across an inn. The owner of the yard expressed regret that he could not accommodate him for the night, since all the rooms were occupied, and offered him a place in the spacious stable. The traveler agreed and slept soundly all night. When he woke up, in the light of the morning sun he saw that all the walls of the stable were studded with arrows. And amazing! Each arrow was in the center of the target. The king walked around the stable and looked at the walls - there was not a single mistake! This shooter was clearly superior to himself in shooting skill. Who is he? The ruler revealed his incognito identity to the owner and asked who this master was, the one who shot at the targets, in order to express respect to him and get acquainted with his skill.
- Master? - the owner was surprised, - yes, this is a fifteen-year-old boy, the son of our groom.
And they brought a small, homely teenager to the ruler. The ruler respectfully addressed the boy and asked him to show his skills. The boy took the bow, pulled the string and, almost without looking, fired an arrow into the wall of the stable. Then he walked up to the pierced arrow and, with a piece of chalk, outlined a target around it. The arrow was exactly in the center.
