Man, bear and fox

Man, bear and fox
Enlight

A man was plowing a field, a bear came to him and said to him:

- Man, I'll break you!

- No, don’t bother; I’m sowing turnips, I’ll take at least the roots for myself, and I’ll give you the tops.

“Be it so,” said the bear, “and if you deceive me, then at least don’t come to me in the forest for firewood!”

He said and went into the oak grove.

The time has come: a man digs a turnip, and a bear crawls out of an oak tree:

- Well, man, let's share!

- Okay, little bear! Let me bring you some tops,” and I brought him a cart of tops.

The bear was pleased with the fair division. So a man put his turnip on a cart and took it to the city to sell, and a bear met him:

- Man, where are you going?

- But, little bear, I’m going to the city to sell some roots.

- Let me try what the spine is like! The man gave him a turnip. How the bear ate:

“Ah,” he roared, “you deceived me, man!” Your roots are sweet. Now don’t come to me for firewood, otherwise I’ll tear you up!

The man has returned from the city and is afraid to go into the forest; I burned the shelves, and the benches, and the tubs, and finally there was nothing to do - I had to go to the forest.

Moves in slowly; out of nowhere, a fox runs.

“Why are you, little man,” she asks, “wandering so quietly?”

“I’m afraid of the bear, he’s angry with me, he promised to kill me.”

“I suppose there’s a bear, chop the wood, and I’ll start chopping; if the bear asks: “What is it?” - say: “They catch wolves and bears.”

The man began to chop; Lo and behold, the bear is running and shouting to the peasant:

- Hey, old man! What is this scream? The man says:

- They catch wolves and bears.

- Oh, little man, put me in a sleigh, throw firewood at me and tie me with a rope; Perhaps they will think that the deck is lying.

The man put him in the sleigh, tied him with a rope and started nailing him in the head with a butt until the bear was completely numb.

The fox came running and said:

-Where is the bear?

- Well, he died!

- Well, little man, now you need to treat me.

- If you please, little fox! Let's go to my place, I'll treat you. The man is driving, and the fox is running ahead; The man began to drive up to the house, whistled for his dogs and poisoned the fox.

The fox ran towards the forest and dashed into the hole; hid in a hole and asked:

- Oh, my little eyes, what were you looking at when I was running?

- Oh, little fox, we made sure you didn’t trip.

- What did you guys do?

“And we all listened to how far the dogs were chasing.”

- What were you doing, tail?

“I,” said the tail, “kept dangling under your feet, so that you would get confused, fall, and get into the dogs’ teeth.”

- A-ah, rascal! So let the dogs eat you. And, sticking her tail out of the hole, the fox shouted:

- Eat the fox's tail, dogs!

The dogs dragged the fox by the tail and killed it.

This often happens: the head disappears from the tail.
