The amazed hunter agreed to help the Little Rabbit while he quickly found out how to help his trouble - so that the poor fellow would not stand all his life with his paws raised.

The hunter realized that the Rabbit had deceived him and went in search of the deceiver. However, he was unable to find it, and therefore returned to his milpa to work.
