It all depends on the weather

A stranger went into Mulla Nasrudin's store to buy goods and saw a sign on the wall: “This store will be closed on August twenty-eighth due to the weather.” Since it was only the fifteenth of August, the man asked Mulla how he could know so many days in advance what the weather would be like.

“Well,” said Nasreddin, “if it rains a little, I’ll go fishing.” If it's raining heavily, I'll stay home and work with my tools.

- But how do you know that it will rain? - asked the man.

“It doesn’t matter whether it rains or not,” Nasreddin answered. — If there is sun, I will go fishing or work with my tools; one way or another it all depends on the weather.
