Kazakh parable Three young travelers, traveling on horseback, decided to take a break - get some sleep themselves and let the horses graze.

One of them, claiming to be a mullah, said, releasing his horse into a windless hollow:

- Hey, Allah, I trust him only to you.

Another young man, who was interested in Sufism, supported him:

- Lord, everything is your will.

And he directed his horse there. The third horseman said laughing:

“And I won’t trust my horse to anyone.”

And he directed his horse to the windward direction, from where wolves never attack.

Waking up, the travelers rushed to look for their horses. The horse on the windward side was grazing, safe and sound, but the horses of the pious travelers were eaten by wolves.
