One day a horse was grazing in a large green clearing. There was a good clearing: the horses were both free and well-fed there.
But somehow a handsome deer showed up there. He sees that the clearing is spacious, there is a lot of grass on it - enough for both the horse and him. And the deer decided to stay there forever.
The horse didn't like it. She wanted to graze in her favorite clearing alone. But she didn’t know how to drive the deer away. Then the horse turned to the man for advice and help.
- I can’t catch up with the deer, how can I drive him out of the clearing?! - the man answered. “Now, if I put a bridle on you and sat on horseback, then I would drive away the deer.”
The horse agreed. The man put a bridle on her, sat on horseback and rode off.
We managed to drive the deer out of that clearing. But the horse itself has since said goodbye to its free life and began to serve man. Just as he then sat on it and drove off, he still rides to this day.
