Hope

Don't get caught up in hope, don't get carried away by the idea that help comes from outside. Someone else is not going to satisfy your hopes. The accomplishment is within you.

This parable is about a hunter who gets lost in the jungle. For three days he did not meet anyone to ask for directions, and he fell more and more into despair - three days without food, three days of constant fear of wild animals. For three days he could not sleep, he sat on a tree, afraid that someone would attack him. There were snakes, lions and other wild animals. On the fourth day, early in the morning, he saw a man sitting under a tree. You can imagine his joy. He jumped up, hugged this man and shouted:

- What a joy!

And that man hugged him, and both were happy. Then they asked each other:

- Why are you in such ecstasy?

The first one said:

“I got lost and was hoping to meet someone.”

“I’m also lost and hope to meet someone.” But if we are both lost, our joy is of no use. Now we're lost together! - answered the second one.
