The emperor asked one artist to paint the Himalayas on the walls of his palace. The artist was a Zen Master; he said that he needed to live in the Himalayas for three years to do this. The Emperor asked:

— Will it take you three years?

The artist replied:

“I ask for a minimum of time, because until I become part of the Himalayas, I will not be able to write them. I need to go there and lose myself in them.

After three years he returned and painted the wall in three days. The Emperor came to see. It was a miracle! He had never seen such beautiful mountains. Even the real Himalayas were a little paler in comparison. He stood and admired for a long time, and then remarked:

- Here I see a path, where does it lead?

The artist replied:

- We can go take a look.

They left and never returned.
