Goat with curly legs
Enlight

Once upon a time there lived a goat with curly legs. She had three kids: Alyul, Bu-lyul and Khishtaki Saritanur.

One day a goat with curly legs went to pasture. Before leaving, she called the children and said:

- My Alyul, my Bulyul, my Khishtaki Saritanur! I’m leaving to graze, I’ll bring you grass on your horns, some water in your mouth, and milk in your mouth. Lock the door and stay home.

As soon as the goat disappeared from sight, the dog came up to the door, knocked with its paw and barked:

- My Alyul, my Bulyul, my Khishtaki Saritanur, open the door for me! Alyul, Bulyul, Khishtaki Saritanur recognized from the voice that this was not the mother, and not

opened the door.

The dog left with nothing. As soon as she left, a jackal ran up to the house and howled:

- My Alyul, my Bulyul, my Khishtaki Saritanur, unlock it quickly! But the kids recognized the jackal and did not open the door.

Then the wolf came to the door: he stood around the corner of the house and heard everything. He changed his voice and sang thinly:

- My Alul, my Bulyul, my Khishtaki Saritanur! Hurry up and unlock the door for me! I brought you grass on the horns, some water in your mouth, and milk in your mouth.

The kids heard these words, thought that their mother had come, and opened the door.

The wolf ran into the house, swallowed all the kids and left.

In the evening, a goat with curly legs returned from the pasture. She saw the open door, entered the house and found neither Alyul, nor Vulul, nor Khishtaki

Saritanur A.

The goat began to cry and lamented:

- My Alyu, my Bulyul, my Khishtaki Saritanur! Where are you? I brought you grass on horns, water in your mouth, milk in your mouth!..

Nobody responded. The goat cried for a long time, but it did not help her grief.

“Didn’t the dog eat my children?” - she thought and went to the dog.

She climbed onto the roof of the dog's house and tapped her legs: knock-knock!

The dog heard a knock and asked:

-Who climbed onto my roof? Who sprinkles dust on the pilaf of my guests? Pilaf

became salty, my guests were blinded from the dust! The goat answered: “I, a goat with curly legs.”

It was me who climbed onto the roof of your house and knocked my feet.

Who took away my Alyul, Who took away my Bulyul, Who took away my Khishtaki Saritanur? Who has a bow and arrows,

Who will come out to fight and stand before my horns? The dog got scared, tucked its tail and said: “I haven’t seen your Alyul, I haven’t seen your Bulyul, I haven’t seen your Khishtaki Saritanur!” I have neither bow nor arrows. I will not go out to fight, I will not stand before your horns! Go to the jackal, he probably ate your children. The goat went to the jackal, climbed onto the roof of the house and knocked with its legs:

knock-knock-knock!

The jackal heard a knock and asked:

-Who climbed onto my roof? Who sprinkles dust on the pilaf of my guests?

The pilaf became salty, my guests were blinded by the dust! The goat replied:

- I, a goat with curly legs.

It was me who climbed onto the roof of your house and knocked my feet.

Who took away my Alyulya,

Who took my Bulyul,

Who took away my Khishtaki Saritanur?

Who has a bow and arrows,

Who will come out to fight and stand before my horns?

The cowardly jackal howled in response to the goat’s words:

- I haven’t seen your Alyul, I haven’t seen your Bulyul,

I haven’t seen your Khishtaki Saritanur!

I have neither bow nor arrows.

I will not go out to fight, I will not stand before your horns!

Go to the wolf: it was he who ate your children.

The goat went to the wolf, climbed onto the roof of the wolf's house, and angrily knocked on the roof with her feet.

The wolf asked rudely:

-Who climbed onto my roof? Who sprinkles dust on the pilaf of my guests? The pilaf became salty, and my guests were blinded from the dust!

The goat's legs pounded even more loudly and bleated menacingly:

- I, a goat with curly legs!

It’s me who climbed onto the roof of your house and is kicking my feet!

You ate my Alyulya,

You ate my Bullyul,

You ate my Khishtaki Saritanur!

If you have a bow and arrows,

Come out to fight, stand before my horns!

The wolf answered maliciously:

- Yes, I ate your Alyul, I ate your Bulyul,

I ate your Khishtaki Saritanur! I have a bow and arrows

I'll come out to fight you! I will stand before your horns!

The goat led the wolf onto the lawn, and they began to fight. The battle lasted for seven days and nights. Seven measures of earth were plowed with feet. There was not a scrap of fur left on the goat, and there was no living space on the wolf. All the notches on the goat's horns were worn away, and there was no sharp tooth left in the wolf's mouth.

Finally they decided to go to the grinder: the goat would sharpen its horns, and the wolf would sharpen its teeth.

The goat went home, baked cakes with her milk, took them to the grinder and asked:

- Master, master! Sharpen my horns! I brought you some butter cakes!

The grinder liked the butter cakes, and he sharpened the goat's horns sharper than diamond edges.

The wolf spied what gift the goat brought to the grinder. He saw that she mixed white dust with white liquid, kneaded the dough, rolled it out and baked it.

flatbreads. The wolf found light clay pollen, moistened it in the white spray of the waterfall, made cakes, dried them in the sun and took them to the grinder:

- Master, master! Sharpen my teeth, quickly! I brought you some butter cakes!

The sharpener, without saying a word, accepted the cakes and did not sharpen them, but completely ground them off.

wolf teeth. Instead of teeth, he inserted fluffy cotton seeds into the wolf. The satisfied wolf went to fight with the goat and said arrogantly:

- Goat, goat, hit first so that you don’t die with an unfulfilled desire.

The goat said modestly:

- First you hit.

The wolf ran and with a mouth full of cotton grains bit the goat in the stomach, but

didn't damage a single hair.

The goat ran up and hit the wolf in the stomach with its diamond-sharp horns. The wolf's belly ripped open, and Alyu l, Bulyul and Khishtaki Saritanur jumped out of it alive and unharmed.

Happy and cheerful little goats ran home with their mother.
