- Daughter, go and see what the weather is like!

And in the evening Raven said to the owners:
- Don’t leave the yaranga at night, my dogs are evil!
- What dogs? - the brothers ask.
They laughed and said:
- The old man has gone completely crazy!
An old man came out into the street and shouted:
- Well, mice, go to the barn to the owners and gnaw and sharpen the clothes, so that by morning only dust remains! Bears and wolverines - you love to eat, eat all their supplies!
He came to the yaranga, his brothers asked:
- Well, have you looked at your dogs?
In the morning, old Raven asks for whatever he sees. Brothers laugh:
“Let the old man amuse himself, he still won’t take him anywhere.”

- Take it!
Raven carries clothes and food from the yaranga. And the brothers laugh and say: “Get on your sledge, old man, your dogs are strong, they’ll take you away!”
Raven loaded the canoe full, sat down and shouted to the mice. They rushed to the canoe - only snow dust rose after them.

The brothers ran to the barn, and there was only dust: there was no food or clothing left.

The brothers, hungry for a long time, turned their mouths, and jumped back with scalded lips.
