Fox and bear

One day a bear and a fox met. The fox asked the bear:

-Who are you most afraid of, godfather? The bear replied:

– I am most afraid of wood grouse when they fly. Who are you afraid of?

– I am most afraid of people. And the fox suggested: .

- Let's do each other a favor. I will fill this pit with killed wood grouse, and you fill it with people.

And the fox quickly began to fill the hole with wood grouse.

The bear returned from the hunt late, all wounded. The bear needed treatment, and he asked the fox to play tricks on him. The fox led him to the edge of a high cliff and built a fire behind him. When the fire flared up, the bear became hot, he backed away and fell into the abyss.

Since then, the fox has been hunting alone in these places.
