A man was brought to one sage who felt as if two flies had flown into his mouth while he was sleeping. And now they live in his stomach.
“We didn’t go to any doctors,” said the patient. “Everyone is trying to convince me that this can’t happen.” But I can hear them buzzing in my stomach.
The sage listened to him carefully and said:
-Can I listen?
And he put his ear to the patient’s stomach. After listening for a minute, he said:
-Yes, I hear it too! They're buzzing!
“You see,” the patient said joyfully to his relatives, “but you didn’t believe me!”
The sage said to the sick man:
-Don't worry. I know one very good way to lure them out of there.
He put the patient on the sofa, gave him sleeping pills and ordered him to open his mouth. When he fell asleep, the sage ordered to catch two flies and put them in a jar. Some time later, when the patient woke up, they showed him the flies in the jar and assured him that he was now completely healthy. The man was overjoyed. He said:
-Thank you very much! Can I take this jar and show it to those doctors who didn’t want to believe me?
