How they hate the sun! Every morning, as soon as it rises, hunters shoot arrows at it, but at the same time turn away their faces, because they cannot withstand its dazzling light and burning heat. But the sun rises very quickly, so that their arrows never have time to reach it.
And so the people with fiery hair decided to cut down the pillar on which the sky rests, so that the sky would fall and the sun would have nowhere to rise. They began to chisel and plan and worked all day long, until the support became very thin. Then they decided to quit work because they were very tired. We rested a bit and returned to work. However, while they were resting, the hewn part of the support grew again and the pillar became as thick and strong as before. They are still cutting it down now.
