One woman was unhappy with her lot: she was poorer than everyone else. Her seven children did not have enough bread, her husband died early.
One night, after she had prayed in despair, an angel appeared before her, gave her a bag and ordered her to put all her worries and needs into it. There is barely enough bag for all her sorrows, worries and fears. The angel took the woman by the hands and led her to heaven. She groaned, quietly swearing to herself as she carried her bag. Arriving upstairs, she was very surprised. She imagined the sky differently. The clouds looked like bags of worries.
The Omniscient knew about her worries - after all, he listened to her prayers and curses every day. He told her to put her bag aside and said that she could open the other bags and see what was in them. Then she must choose one of them and take it with her to earth. The woman opened one bag after another and found different “things”: quarrels, problems, terrible conflicts, boredom and much more. Many of these “things” seemed completely foreign to her, some were familiar, and others she did not know at all, whether she had ever seen them or not. With difficulty she made her way through the clouds until she came to the last bag. She opened it, laid out the contents and realized that it was her own bag. But when she picked it up, it seemed much easier to her than before; moreover, many worries no longer bothered her, many pains no longer caused her pain. Instead, she saw real troubles, objective threats and worthy goals.
