The enemy went blind and began to spin. He spread his arms. I wanted to catch the boy. But he hid behind the sastrugi all the time. The enemy has fallen many times. I'm completely tired. Finally he sat down on the sastrugi and asked:
- Who are you, who defeated me? I can't see, I'm blind.
“I defeated you,” said the boy. The enemy was surprised to learn that the boy had been defeated. He bowed his head and thought. Then he said this:
“If you, a strongman and a rapist, defeated me, boy, then kill me.” Where will I go blind? Everyone will laugh, they will say that the boy defeated me.
The boy said this:
“I’m still small, I’m afraid, and I don’t have the strength to kill you.”
The enemy asked:
- Give me my spear. The boy handed over a spear. The enemy pointed the tip of the spear at his chest, then asked the boy to rest the other end of the spear against the sastrugi. The boy did this. The enemy told him:
- Take my deer. You defeated me. This is your prey. Go to your parents.
Then the enemy killed himself.
