Dedicated to the song performed by Valeria “With an Angel”. In the distant and mysterious country of Afghanistan, in the city of Kabul, there lived a poor merchant. He had one, strange hobby for many - he loved to feed pigeons. Every day in front of the mosque, he poured grain into the pigeons with a bucket. Since the merchant, as we said, was not rich, he was not married. For many days in a row, he continued to feed the pigeons, despite the ridicule and surprised looks of those around him, in a world full of evil and cruelty. And then one day a young beautiful white dove flew to him. And soon this merchant met a young beautiful girl, they fell in love and got married. They lived a long and happy life together, protecting their love in this world just as he once protected the doves, a symbol of peace. Note. The parable is based on a photograph from the magazine “Russian Newsweek” No. 10 2010.
