One blind man, who visited his friend in the evening, was offered to take such a lantern on his way back.
“I don’t need a lantern,” he replied. - Light or darkness is the same for me.
“I know you don’t need a flashlight to find your way,” the friend replied, “but if you don’t have one, someone might run into you.” So take it.
The blind man set out on the road with a lantern and had not yet gone far from the house when someone ran into him.
“Watch where you’re going,” he exclaimed to a passerby. -Can't you see the lantern?
“Your lamp went out long ago, brother,” answered the passerby.
