About the friendship of a crane and a frog
Enlight

One day a crane drank water from a swamp. A frog came out of the swamp and said:

- Brother crane, let's fraternize.

“Listen, frog,” the crane answers, “I’m afraid nothing will come of this friendship.”

- Why? - asks the frog.

- Because you live under water, and I fly under the clouds. “I won’t be able to visit you - I’ll suffocate, and you don’t have wings to fly with me,” answered the crane.

“Well, you come to the swamp, I’ll come out to you, and we’ll meet,” says the frog.

The crane agreed. They began to be friends. He sometimes flew to the swamp to talk with the frog. Time has passed. Once during one of the meetings, friends were talking peacefully.

“Brother crane,” the frog suddenly exclaims, “I haven’t seen anything except this swamp.” And you fly in the sky and see everything around from above. What if you take me with you and show me the world?

- But how will you fly, frog? — the crane was surprised. “You don’t have wings.”

- So what if there are no wings? If you place me between your wings, I will hold on tightly to you, and you will lift me into the sky.

No matter how much the crane tried to dissuade him, the frog insisted on his own. The crane was forced to put the frog between its wings and rose above the swamp. As soon as they rose above the swamp, the frog could not resist and flew down. Fortunately, she fell into the water, was injured, but did not die.

The crane descended to the swamp and said:

“Didn’t I warn you, frog, that nothing good would come of our friendship?” After all, they say that friendship with uneven people leads to trouble.
