A long time ago, a villager, high in the mountains on an inaccessible cliff, noticed a cave. He remembered the legend that somewhere in these places the treasures of ancient kings were kept. With great difficulty he reached the cave. Entering it, not far from the entrance, the highlander saw a copper door. Behind it he found a room in which piles of copper coins lay on the floor. Without hesitation, this man filled all his pockets with copper money, put as much as he could in his bosom and got ready to return home. Closing the copper door behind him, he discovered another one a little deeper in the cave. It was made of silver. The Highlander opened it and saw a room full of silver coins. Hastily, he shook out the copper money and shoved the silver wherever he could. He had already turned to leave, but then, looking closer, in the far corner of the cave he noticed a golden door. The villager opened it. The room was full of gold coins. Hastily, he threw away the silver and loaded himself with gold so that he could barely move. Now he could leave. But at the exit from the cave, the mountaineer saw a dusty and very old wooden door. Hesitantly he opened it. There was nothing in the room except a simple wooden staff that lay on a raised platform. In bewilderment, the highlander took the staff and, not knowing what to do with it, hit it on the floor. Immediately, unprecedented jewelry and precious stones began to fall. He was speechless with delight, the staff slipped from his hands, hit the ground with a loud thud, and the flow of jewelry stopped. This man realized that if he had this staff, then he would no longer need any treasures of the cave.
